ANDREAS HEIN

Welcome to Cake Indulgence, my name is Andreas and I am a professional chocolatier,

artisan pastry chef, hospitality lecturer and author of "DNA of a Pastry Chef"

I began my training in Germany and went on to develop my chosen specialism of chocolate in Switzerland before settling in the United Kingdom where I worked in a number of 5-star hotels. I am currently teaching patisserie at a local technical college and offer private tuitions to anyone who loves learning about working with chocolate.

Cake Indulgence was set up in 2006 and I specialise in chocolate celebration cakes including wedding cakes.

 

In 2020 Cake Indulgence teamed up with the Jamaican Story Garden and created a unique pop up venture in Farnborough Hampshire for everyone who is looking for a different dining experience.
