At the start of all courses you will be greeted with a delicious drink of hot chocolate and a brief overview of the day and your chosen course. After that, we will start your chosen course. The success of our chocolate courses is based on the one to one tuition where you will receive quality personal tuition on mastering the art of chocolate. Patisserie courses are suitable for one or up to four people.
All chocolate workshops and patisserie courses are run in Farnborough, from our pastry kitchen.
I recommend sensible clothing suitable for a kitchen environment as well as closed shoes. Aprons will be provided.
Appointments only, call or e-mail for availability. All courses are currently scheduled for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and start at 10.00 a.m. Times, days and dates can be adjusted on request.
Included are amongst refreshments, recipe cards, background information on products and lots of tips and tricks to perfect your chocolate and or patisserie skills. In addition all ingredients are provided as well as packaging for you to take all products produced home with you.
